Today is World Gratitude Day

Today is World Gratitude Day.

Did you know that gifting five minutes of gratitude can have a huge impact not only for yourself, but for your colleagues, family & friends? Studies have shown how gratitude affects the brain including the ventral and dorsal medial pre-frontal cortex; where feelings of reward, bonding and positive social interactions occur.

Practising gratitude also releases important neurochemicals such as dopamine–a feel good chemical. You might even make someone else’s day!

At Workplace Harmony Solutions and Workplace Conflict Resolution, we believe gratitude is at the heart of what we do: we are grateful to respectfully come into workplaces and work with our clients and be in service with you, seeking first to understand what is required with positive regard for all so we can deliver exceptional service. Because every individual, every team and every workplace matters.

To recognise World Gratitude Day, we are gifting to you a notepad that gives permission for you to give yourself 5 minutes of undivided attention for self care as well as encouraging you to gift 5 minutes of your time to someone else (supporting their self care).

Hoping our gift will become a gift to yourself as well as a gift from you to others.
