Catherine Gillespie was a very engaging speaker and received great feedback from the 260 attendees at the Agricultural Shows of Australia Conference. The topic was ‘Understanding and managing conflicts for success’ – a difficult topic for many to broach and yet Catherine made the presentation very clear, easy to understand and brought great energy to the stage.

Catherine Gillespie provided a dynamic and interactive presentation entitled The Group Dynamic - Constructive Communications - to 75 participants at Loddon Mallee Regional Social Support Network Forum in Bendigo. The feedback from participants has been extremely positive in relation to the value and practical application of content; with result that we (LM Sector Development Team) have booked Catherine for an extended session at the northern/Mallee network forum. Highly recommended.

We received very positive feedback on your seminar. Participants left with insight and better understanding of how to effectively manage conflict and break down those walls. Your presentation combined the perfect amount of instruction and engagement of the audience. I would highly recommend Catherine Gillespie as a speaker and presenter for future training events.

The Agricultural Societies Council of NSW is a peak body of Agricultural Shows in NSW. Managing conflict between committee members is a common issue across a number of Show Societies. To help our members, we engaged Catherine Gillespie, Managing Director, Workplace Harmony Solutions to present to the whole conference on Managing Conflict on Show Committees and conduct two workshops the following day on Managing Difficult Behaviours and Knowing Your Legal Liabilities, at our triannual NSW Country Shows Seminar.
The feedback from participants was overwhelmingly positive. Workplace Harmony Solutions were professional, engaged and well prepared.
