The self assessment and 360 degree assessments have been developed in a workplace context and based on analyses of more than fifteen years of scientific research. Using either the self or 360 ECR report, you are provided with a comprehensive report that provides descriptions of the leadership behaviours associated with each score, strategies for developing greater emotional intelligence and leadership capabilities and an action plan to design a personal plan to build emotional capital.
