Anti-Bullying Measures Leadership
In the lead up to the introduction of the Fair Work Commission's Anti-Bullying Provisions at the beginning of 2014, Workplace Conflict Resolution played an active role in preparing business leaders and managers for the introduction.
Initiatives taken included the issue of a press release prompting managers to study the anti-bullying guidelines so as to understand their responsibilities. As well we conducted a free 6 part video training on the anti-bullying provisions.
