Leadership Training

Workplace Conflict Resolution can tailor part, single or multiple full day leadership training programs with a number of module topics as selected by the client. It is preferred that any leadership training program includes some form of ‘follow up’ to support improved transfer of learning into everyday practices. ‘Follow up’ formats include setting actions plans, delivering on mini-projects, reporting back into the facilitator and participating in 1-1 telephone or onsite coaching sessions in between the delivery of training sessions.

Leadership Coaching

Workplace Harmony Solutions supports managers and leaders of organisations that recognise the need to improve their own performance through coaching from a professional coach, independent of the machinations of the organisation and qualified to provide support, insights and performance improvement.  Coaching sessions may also be required as a performance management tool to improve management of staff or as a way to reinforce workplace policies that have not been adhered to, or correctly metered out to staff, by leaders.

Strategies for Effective Time Management and Task Achievement

This training module teaches participants that everyone can find strategies that suit them to become more effective in both use of time and rate/quality of output.

Workplace structures can mean that employees are required to cover a number of roles each with a number of tasks and competing priorities.

Our natural tendency can be to give biased focus to the tasks that require less thinking and energy or for other reasons we find easier to complete. Hence, although we appear busy and tell ourselves and others that this is so, we are not being fully productive or successful in achieving all the requirements of our role.

To help achieve success in all aspects of one’s role, this training session provides the space and encouragement to fully dissect one’s role, to reflect on what is really needed in the role and to make plans to give the necessary time and attention to every aspect of the role.

In addition, strategies are provided to support the daily habit of creating to do lists (at the beginning of each day and reflection at the end of each day), prioritising, setting time frames supported by detailed action planning and calendar management, managing email inboxes and creating times for focused attention with small rest breaks to recharge. This module is about working smarter and not harder.

Depending on the needs of your business our leadership programs can be delivered in a half-day or full-day format or an extended interactive program incorporating ‘homework’ and one-on-one leadership coaching. Our intensive programs also include a final report submitted to the CEO outlining the progress and achievements of each participant in relation to their leadership development.
